Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the HR function, including recruitment, HR operations and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and procedures aligned with business objectives.
- Drive end-to-end recruitment, including senior management and C-level positions.
- Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews and retention initiatives.
- Oversee payroll coordination, employment contracts, benefits and HR administration.
- Ensure compliance with Cyprus labour legislation and employment regulations.
- Implement HR KPIs, reporting, performance management and process improvements.
- Build and develop a high-performing HR team and support organisational growth.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of HR experience, including 2+ years in an HR leadership position.
- Strong hands-on experience in recruitment, HR operations and people management.
- Solid knowledge of Cyprus labour law and HR compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results independently.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in iGaming, FinTech or high-risk industries is a strong advantage.
- Fluency in Ukrainian and English is required.
