iGaming Jobs in Georgia
Georgia is a small iGaming market, but it has a real workforce, and almost all of it sits in Tbilisi. A live casino supplier, a crash game developer, a platform provider's development centre and a local operator owned by a European group all employ people in the capital. Local listings on this page can be thin at any given moment, because many roles on igamingjobs are remote. This guide covers who has a verified base in Georgia, the jobs those teams hire for, and how remote work fits if you live there.
Who hires in Tbilisi
- Evolution. The live casino supplier has a team in Tbilisi. Its Georgian careers page lists game presenter roles in English, Turkish and Russian, plus shufflers, and says it offers language courses in English and Turkish. See the Evolution employer page.
- Spribe. The B2B game developer behind the crash game Aviator. Spribe's own vacancy listings say staff can work from its offices in Warsaw or Tbilisi, or remotely from another city, and at least one technical role is marked Tbilisi only. More on the Spribe page.
- SOFTSWISS. The casino and sportsbook platform provider describes itself as headquartered in Malta with development centres in Poland and Georgia. Its careers site says the Tbilisi office opened in March 2022 and is home to managerial and development teams. See SOFTSWISS jobs.
- Betsson Georgia. The Georgian bookmaker europebet took the Betsson name in May 2025, after several years under Betsson ownership. Betsson Group's official job board lists Tbilisi roles, with recent postings for Betsson Georgia in HR, legal and compliance, and product campaigns. See Betsson Group.
Live casino roles
Live casino is the most common way into the industry in Tbilisi for people without iGaming experience. A game presenter runs card and roulette tables on camera for players abroad, speaking the language of the table. Shufflers prepare the cards behind the scenes. Evolution's Georgian careers page says it looks for service-minded team players with a strong work ethic, and its local recruitment posts say no experience is needed because everything is taught on site. It also mentions a flexible schedule and says some staff combine work with their studies. On pay, the same page has carried a summer campaign advertising earnings of up to 2,500 GEL a month, limited to contracts signed between 1 July and 1 September, so read it as a seasonal offer rather than a standard rate. Browse live casino jobs and read how to become a live casino dealer before you apply.
Tech, product and operator roles
Spribe and SOFTSWISS hire mostly for engineering, infrastructure, product and commercial work, with titles such as DevOps, systems engineering, account management and business development. Spribe's IT monitoring roles run in shifts to give 24/7 coverage, and its listings ask for documentation written in English. Betsson Georgia, as an operator, adds marketing, legal and compliance, and HR work. Job ads at these employers are mostly published in English, so a clear English CV matters even for local roles.
Remote work from Georgia
Many roles on igamingjobs are remote, and plenty are open to candidates based in Georgia. Operators and suppliers across Cyprus, Malta and the wider region hire affiliate managers, media buyers, CRM specialists, traders and support agents who work from home. Read each listing for location limits, time zone and contract terms, because some remote roles are open only in certain countries. Browse remote iGaming jobs, and if you would consider relocating, the Armenia and Cyprus pages cover other regional hubs. We do not give advice on permits or tax: check official Georgian government sources for those.
