Role in brief
BetConstruct seeks an HR Business Partner to support remote teams globally, focusing on HR policies, employee engagement, and leadership coaching. Candidates with significant HR experience in international settings should apply.
About the role
In this role, you will collaborate with distributed teams across multiple countries, acting as a strategic HR partner for leadership. Your responsibilities include enhancing HR policies, simplifying core HR processes, and ensuring a consistent application of practices across various regions.
You will be instrumental in managing the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, and will handle complex employee relations issues. Your ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders and a diverse workforce will be key to fostering a positive organizational culture.
Who this role suits
- An experienced HR professional with over 5 years in the field.
- Comfortable navigating complex employee relations and performance management.
- A clear communicator who builds trust across diverse teams.
- Familiar with international labor laws and HR best practices.
From the employer
What You'll Do
- Be the go-to HR partner and coach for your business units — helping leaders with team structure, talent planning, and change
- Help managers give better feedback, build development plans, and run the performance review cycle from start to finish
- Own our HR policies end to end: review them, write them clearly, and roll them out so they're legally sound and applied the same way in every country we work in
- Make our core HR processes simpler and more scalable — performance cycles, L&D, data management. Where you spot a bottleneck, you fix it
- Launch new initiatives that matter to people: engagement surveys, wellness programs, remote work guidelines, and whatever else the organization needs next
- Handle employee relations issues with care — running fair, objective investigations and applying policies consistently across remote and multi-site teams
- Look after the full employee journey, so onboarding, offboarding, and joining the culture feel smooth for everyone, wherever they work
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in HR, with at least 3 as an HR Business Partner or Head of HR supporting international or fully remote teams
- Real experience with complex employee relations, performance management, and coaching senior leaders
- Comfort working across different labor laws and knowing what good practice looks like in an international, remote setting
- A clear communicator who builds trust easily — with senior leaders and with a diverse, remote workforce
- Confidence with HRIS data and people analytics, and the ability to turn numbers into recommendations
- Fluent English, native Ukrainian/Russian
Nice to Have
- Experience in iGaming or another highly regulated industry, so compliance challenges feel familiar
