Privacy Policy

This policy describes what igamingjobs (igamingjobs.io) collects, why, and what we deliberately avoid collecting. The short version: no advertising trackers, no data sales, and we never see your CV or your card number. We use one analytics tool plus our own server-side counters, both described below.

What we collect

Server-side analytics. When you view a page we record the page URL, the referring page, your browser's user-agent string and a two-letter country code (derived at the network edge) in our own database. To count unique visitors without identifying anyone, we store a salted hash that rotates every day; this first-party system stores no raw IP addresses and sets no cookies, and yesterday's hash cannot be linked to today's.

Product analytics (Yandex Metrika). We use Yandex Metrika to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, clicks, scrolling and anonymised session replays. Metrika sets browser cookies (names starting with _ym) and processes visit data, including your IP address, on Yandex's servers under Yandex's privacy policy. It is used for product improvement only, never for advertising. If you block the script or its cookies, every part of the site keeps working.

Employer orders. If you post a job, we store the details you submit (job description, company name, contact email) and the order status, because we need them to publish and support your listing and to keep basic accounting records.

What we do not collect

  • Job seekers browse without accounts. There are no accounts, no saved searches and no resume uploads on this site. Applications happen on the employer's own website, under the employer's privacy policy.
  • Payment details. Card and crypto payments are processed by our payment providers (Stripe for cards, OxaPay for crypto). We receive a confirmation of payment, never your card number or wallet keys.

Cookies

The only cookies on this site are Yandex Metrika's analytics cookies (_ym_*). They are not used for advertising and are not shared with ad networks. Blocking them does not affect the site.

Sharing

We do not sell or share data with advertisers or data brokers. The third parties that process data on our behalf are the payment providers named above (only for payments you initiate) and Yandex Metrika (analytics, as described above). Listings link out to employer websites; once you leave this site, the employer's own policies apply.

Retention

Analytics rows are deleted automatically after 90 days. Order records are kept for as long as accounting rules require.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you (for employers, that is your order data; for visitors, our own database holds nothing identifiable) and ask for it to be corrected or deleted where the law allows, including analytics data held in Yandex Metrika. Email hello@igamingjobs.io.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be noted on this page.
