iGaming Jobs in Ukraine
Ukraine is home to a large community of iGaming specialists. Engineers, QA testers, product people, designers, media buyers and affiliate managers from Kyiv, Lviv and other cities work for game studios, platform suppliers and operators across Europe. Few of those jobs are advertised as office roles in Ukraine, so the local list below is often short. Most of the work open to people living in Ukraine is remote, or sits in a hub such as Cyprus, Malta or Poland. This page explains who hires, which roles come up most, and what to check before you apply.
Employers with a Ukrainian presence or a regional hub
- Evoplay makes slots and other casino games. Its about page lists offices in Limassol and Warsaw, and its careers board names Kyiv and Lviv Oblast as job locations, next to Limassol, Warsaw and remote roles.
- Playson is a casino game developer. In March 2022 it told iGaming Business that a big part of its team was based in Ukraine, and the article described a development studio in Kyiv. Check its current vacancies for where roles sit today.
- GR8 Tech builds a platform, sportsbook and casino product for operators. Its careers page lists offices in Limassol, Warsaw and Chișinău, describes a remote-friendly culture and mentions relocation support.
- SPRIBE was founded in 2018 and released the crash game Aviator in 2019. Read each of its job ads for the office or remote set-up on offer.
Role families that hire Ukrainian talent
Tech roles come up often: backend developers, frontend developers, QA engineers, DevOps, data engineers and game developers working on slots and crash games. Marketing is the other big group: media buying, affiliate marketing, SEO, CRM and influencer work, often for markets in Latin America, Asia and Europe rather than Ukraine itself. Product managers, analysts, designers, recruiters and customer support staff with extra languages complete the picture. Strong written English is expected in almost every role, and a second market language helps in support and CRM.
What remote work looks like from Ukraine
Many roles listed on igamingjobs are remote, so start with remote iGaming jobs and filter by your field. Kyiv runs on Eastern European Time, the same as Cyprus and one hour ahead of Malta, which makes daily calls with hub teams easy. Before you accept an offer, ask three plain questions: is the role open to people living in Ukraine, is it employment or a contractor agreement, and how and in which currency are you paid. Some ads say 'remote' but mean remote within one country or the EU, so read the location line closely. Our remote jobs guide covers the common patterns.
Relocation hubs
Ukrainian specialists often move with their employer to Cyprus, mainly Limassol, to Malta or to Poland, mainly Warsaw. Check the official sites of the country you plan to work in for its own rules.
Pay and what to watch for
Few iGaming employers publish salaries, and listings on igamingjobs do not yet disclose pay often enough for a reliable median. Ask about the range early in the process. Be careful with offers that move fast: requests to pay for training or equipment, interviews held only in chat apps, or 'recruiters' using free email addresses are common warning signs. Our guide to fake iGaming job offers shows how to check an employer before you share documents.
