Casino Providers Manager

About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with casino game providers and operators, focusing on maximizing revenue through strategic marketing initiatives and operational guidance. You will also provide insights and recommendations to enhance game visibility and player engagement across various platforms.

Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with internal teams, including Account Management and Marketing, to ensure smooth operations and timely game launches. • Develop and implement strategies to maximize game providers' revenue across operators' websites through effective marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and operational guidance.
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with game providers and operators, ensuring effective communication and long-term cooperation.
• Provide strategic consulting and product recommendations to operators, identifying opportunities for product upselling, cross-selling, and portfolio expansion.
• Proactively identify opportunities to increase game visibility, player engagement, and overall game performance across operators' platforms.
• Coordinate the communication and distribution of information regarding upcoming game releases, ensuring operators receive regular updates through biweekly newsletters.
• Monitor new game launches and coordinate their timely integration and promotion across operators' platforms.
• Collect, review, and analyze monthly performance reports to identify key trends, usage patterns, business opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare performance insights and recommendations to support data-driven business decisions and revenue growth.
• Create, assign, and monitor tasks involving other departments, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with established requirements and quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including Account Management, Marketing, Technical, and other relevant departments, to ensure smooth operational processes.
• Ensure casino content, including game portfolios, descriptions, promotional materials, and other relevant information, remains accurate and up to date across all operators' channels.
• Monitor market trends, competitors' activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business growth and product improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in the iGaming industry, preferably in Casino Account Management, Casino Operations, Game Provider Management, or a similar position.
• Experience working with casino game providers and/or online casino operators will be considered a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of casino game performance metrics, revenue models, and player engagement indicators.
• Understanding of digital marketing techniques, promotional campaigns, and casino product optimization.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and business communication skills.
• Knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
• Strategic thinking and a business-oriented mindset.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
