In the role of People Analyst at BetConstruct, you will focus on analyzing HR data to support various functions, including performance management and compensation analysis. Your work will involve collecting and cleaning data related to employee retention, benefits, and headcount planning, ensuring that the organization maintains competitive compensation structures.

You will design and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI, providing insights for executive leadership and HR stakeholders. The position requires collaboration with HR Business Partners, Payroll, and Finance teams to align data with organizational goals, while also presenting complex data findings in an accessible manner for non-technical stakeholders.

  • Collect, clean, and analyze HR data related to compensation, benefits, performance evaluations, employee retention, and headcount planning.
  • Conduct external market benchmarking, and total rewards pay-gap analyses to ensure competitive and fair compensation structures.
  • Conduct and support annual performance management cycles and incentive calculation processes through accurate data modeling.
  • Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and report suites in Power BI for executive leadership and HR stakeholders.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and track metrics related to performance distributions, reward allocation, and salary band penetration.
  • Working with the Workday HR system on report generation.
  • Build and maintain robust financial and compensation models using advanced MS Office formulas and functions.
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality across all Total Rewards databases and HRIS platforms.
  • Automate recurring HR reporting workflows to drive operational efficiency.
  • Partner closely with HR Business Partners, Payroll, and Finance teams to align reward and performance data with broader organizational goals.
  • Present complex analytical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders to guide strategic decisions.
  • Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor, which are in line with the job description and do not contradict the labor code.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in HR analytics, compensation analysis, or business data analysis (experience in Total Rewards or Performance is a plus).
  • Strong proficiency in creating custom dashboards, data modeling, DAX expressions, and data visualization best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with large datasets, perform statistical analyses, identify trends, and draw clear conclusions.
  • Master level proficiency in complex formulas (e.g., XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS, nested logic statements), Pivot Tables, conditional formatting, and data validation routines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard for data accuracy.
  • Strong business acumen and capability to handle sensitive, confidential HR information with discretion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain technical data insights clearly.
