Responsibilities

• Create and publish content in Russian and English, considering brand style and platform specifics.
• Participate in visual content preparation: find references, set tasks for designers and video editors, and perform basic editing if necessary.
• Respond to comments and messages, moderate communities, and handle negative feedback.
• Assist in conducting giveaways, contests, polls, and other audience activities.
• Monitor trends and competitors in Russian and English social media, proposing ideas for VAVADA.
• Track reach, views, engagement, and audience growth, maintain reporting, and suggest improvements.

Requirements

• Practical experience in managing social media, content preparation, or community moderation; commercial, educational, or personal projects with work samples are acceptable.
• English proficiency from B1+ for content writing, correspondence, and communication with English-speaking audiences.
• Proficient written Russian for working with content and communities in CIS countries.
• Understanding of Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, TikTok, Telegram, and VK features.
• Ability to adapt content, tone, and format for different platforms and audiences.
• Confident use of Google Docs, Google Sheets/Excel, and basic photo and video editing skills.
• Ability to use AI tools for text, idea generation, and content preparation with mandatory result verification.
