In this position, you will join the Platform Delivery team at SOFTSWISS, working closely with cross-functional engineering teams to enhance their delivery effectiveness. Your role will involve facilitating Scrum ceremonies and coaching teams towards self-management while focusing on continuous improvement and delivery predictability.
You will be responsible for identifying and resolving blockers, managing priorities, and using delivery metrics to drive improvements. This role is pivotal in supporting the SOFTSWISS Casino Platform, which is essential for operators in managing their online casino businesses, ensuring reliability and compliance.

- Jira and Confluence experience.
- English – intermediate (B1); Russian – Native.
