iGaming Affiliate Operations Specialist

About the role

As an iGaming Affiliate Operations Specialist at Globigo Marketing Ltd, you will be responsible for setting up and managing affiliate accounts with various casino brands. Your role will involve configuring campaigns, tracking links, and analyzing performance data to optimize results.

You will work independently to troubleshoot tracking issues, monitor traffic performance, and coordinate with brand support teams. Success in this position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.

Who this role suits

• Has at least 1.5 years of experience as an Affiliate Manager in the iGaming sector.
• Possesses strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluent in English, with knowledge of Russian or Ukrainian being an advantage.

From the employer

• Set up and manage affiliate accounts with casino brands
• Configure campaigns, tracking links & postbacks
• Test registrations, FTDs and troubleshoot tracking issues
• Monitor, analyze and update campaign data
• Set up and update CPA, RevShare & Hybrid deals
• Update Welcome Offers, campaign details and affiliate program information
• Monitor traffic performance, caps and reports
• Handle daily operational tasks and coordinate with brand support teams

• Minimum 1.5 years of experience as an Affiliate Manager
• Hands-on experience working with iGaming / Casino affiliate programs
• Good understanding of affiliate tracking, postbacks and traffic data
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Independent problem-solving skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Good English; Russian/Ukrainian is a plus
