  • Attract new partners and scale traffic in target GEOs.
  • Negotiate, agree on cooperation terms, and develop relationships with affiliates.
  • Analyze traffic quality and key metrics: FTD, GGR, ROI, LTV, and Retention.
  • Scale effective partners and control the quality of attracted traffic.
  • At least 1.5 years of experience as an Affiliate Manager in iGaming.
  • Own active partner base in one or more target GEOs.
  • Experience with RS, CPA, Hybrid.
  • Understanding of the specifics of target markets and traffic sources.
  • Ability to analyze results and assess the potential for scaling partners and traffic.
  • Ukrainian/Russian — C2, English — from B1–B2.
  • Remote work format and full-time employment.
