Head of Affiliates

About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing partnerships with Tier-1 GEO affiliates, ensuring the growth of the affiliate network. Your focus will be on building long-term relationships that drive traffic to the company's casino brands.

You will lead a small team, currently consisting of two members, and work on scaling the affiliate strategy in line with business growth. Success will be measured by the effectiveness of your traffic acquisition strategies and the expansion of the affiliate network.

Who this role suits

• Candidates should have a strong background in B2C iGaming, particularly on the operator side.
• Ideal applicants will possess experience in managing affiliate teams and developing affiliate strategies.
• A network in Tier-1 GEOs, especially in the Netherlands, will be highly beneficial.
• Fluency in English is essential for effective communication within the international team.

Responsibilities

• Develop partnerships with Tier-1 GEO partners
• Grow the team and scale the direction with business growth (currently 2 people)

• Expand the affiliate network and build long-term relationships with affiliates

Requirements

• Experience in B2C iGaming on the operator side (at least 3 years)
• Experience managing the affiliate direction and team
• Experience and network in Tier-1 GEO (experience with NL will be a big plus)
• Fluent English (the team is international, and subordinates are also employees)
