Head of Media Buying (Asia)

About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing traffic acquisition strategies to enhance brand visibility in various Asian markets. You will lead a media buying team of 10, focusing on both traffic generation and team management.

You will analyze key performance metrics such as First Time Depositors (FTD), Lifetime Value (LTV), and Return on Investment (ROI) to ensure the effectiveness of your strategies. The position offers a pathway to grow into a Chief Marketing Officer role.

• An individual with 4-5 years of experience in Performance Marketing or iGaming.
• Someone who has previously managed media buying teams and is proficient in traffic acquisition through major platforms.
• A candidate familiar with the Asian and Latin American markets who is eager to drive growth.

• Develop traffic acquisition strategy and manage buying through Facebook, Google, and In-App
• Scale traffic in Tier-3 markets
• Lead a media buying team of 10 people
• Analyze key metrics: FTD, LTV, and ROI over 30–90 days
• Initially combine traffic buying (70%) with management tasks (30%)

• 4–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing / iGaming
• Experience with iGaming products or affiliate networks
• Proficient in traffic buying through Facebook, Google, and In-App
• Experience managing Media Buying teams
• Knowledge of Asian and Latin American markets
