Responsibilities

• Join IGT as an Enterprisewide Applications Analyst IV supporting SAP Finance and Accounting.
• Lead and contribute to the design, implementation, enhancement, and support of SAP Finance and Accounting solutions.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP Finance and Accounting solutions.
• Lead and influence process and technology change across Finance and Accounting.
• Configure, test, document, and support SAP Finance and Accounting functionality.
• Participate in and, where appropriate, lead SAP implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities to apply AI and intelligent automation.
• Perform functional testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and drive corrective actions.
• Champion adoption of new capabilities and processes.
• Ensure compliance with governance, security, architecture, and change management processes.
• Support integration between SAP Finance/Accounting and related enterprise applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Finance and Accounting.
• Strong expertise with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC Finance and Accounting modules.
• Practical experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to drive change and influence stakeholders.
• Experience leveraging AI, intelligent automation, and analytics.
• Knowledge of SAP configuration, testing, integration, and change management.
• Familiarity with finance applications like Vertex, BlackLine, Concur, etc. is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking, initiative, problem-solving skills.
