iGaming Jobs in Armenia
Armenia is one of the few places in the region where iGaming is a local industry, not only a remote one. Yerevan has large teams at B2B suppliers, regional offices of established platform companies and a live casino studio that broadcasts around the clock. Local listings on this page can be thin, because many roles on igamingjobs are remote, so treat what follows as a short guide to who hires in Yerevan and how people based in Armenia find work.
Who hires in Yerevan
- Digitain. A sportsbook and casino platform provider with its core team in Yerevan, and by its own account one of the biggest IT companies in Armenia. It builds the software operators run on, from sportsbook and casino modules to bonus and CRM tools, and it opened an office in Bucharest in 2023. Check its own careers page for current Yerevan roles.
- BetConstruct. The company lists London as its headquarters and Yerevan as one of its regional offices, alongside Kyiv, Manila, Malta and others. Roles it has posted on igamingjobs include Arabic customer support, product design, system administration and Chinese translation, which shows how wide the mix is.
- Evolution. The live casino supplier runs a studio in Yerevan. Its Armenia careers page advertises Game Presenter and Shuffler jobs with paid initial training, and says basic English is enough to start as a presenter. Its company profile on the Armenian job site staff.am says Evolution Armenia was set up in 2020 and that its broadcasting units run 24/7.
- EveryMatrix. The platform supplier opened a development office in Yerevan in 2015, first working on its PartnerMatrix affiliate software. Yerevan still appears among the locations on its careers site, with onsite engineering roles.
Role families that hire locally
Three groups cover most local hiring. The first is live casino: presenters, shufflers and studio support, on shifts that include mornings, nights and weekends, because the tables never close. Recent Yerevan studio listings have included Arabic speaking presenter roles, so a second language widens your options. See live casino jobs and the guide to becoming a live dealer.
The second is technology: backend developers, QA, DevOps, product and design, the core of the supplier offices. The third is operations and support: customer support, translation, account management and B2B sales, often for operators in markets far from Armenia.
Remote work from Armenia
Many roles listed on igamingjobs are remote, and plenty are open to candidates based in Armenia. Start with remote iGaming jobs and read each listing's location line closely: some remote roles are limited to a time zone, a country list or an EU work right, while others hire anywhere. Yerevan runs on UTC+4, two to three hours ahead of most of Europe, which keeps working hours easy to overlap. English is the working language in most listings, and Russian helps with teams that serve CIS markets. The remote jobs guide explains how these contracts usually work, and the Georgia page covers the neighbouring hub if you are open to Tbilisi.
Pay
Few employers in Yerevan publish salaries. Listings on igamingjobs for roles such as customer support agent and backend developer do not yet disclose pay often enough for us to publish a reliable median, so ask about salary, currency and shift allowances early in the process. Our salary pages update as more employers share figures.
Visas and next steps
If you are moving to Armenia rather than already living there, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs visa page sets out entry rules by nationality, including the e-visa and visa-free stays of up to 180 days a year for some nationals. That page does not cover work permits, so ask your employer about the paperwork. Then keep it practical: shortlist the employers above, apply on their official careers pages, check the roles below and on the remote board, and read the fake job offers guide before you share documents with anyone.
