As a Talent Development Specialist at SOFTSWISS, you will play a crucial role in the delivery and enhancement of leadership development programs. You will coordinate various initiatives, manage participant data, and ensure effective communication among stakeholders to foster a positive learning environment.

Your responsibilities will include supporting internal programs like Manager Foundations and Leadership Mastery, as well as managing external learning requests. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively while maintaining accurate records and feedback on learning initiatives.

  • Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of leadership programs, including participants, schedules, communication, facilitators, providers, materials, and follow-up.
  • Support internal programs such as Manager Foundations, Leadership Mastery, Management Community, and coaching initiatives.
  • Contribute to program design, learning materials, selected facilitation, and continuous improvement based on feedback and business needs.
  • Coordinate external learning requests by clarifying needs, identifying suitable solutions, managing approvals and registrations, and following up with participants and providers.
  • Manage operational activities related to LinkedIn Learning for managers, including access, assignments, participation tracking, and reporting.
  • Maintain accurate information on learning programs, participation, completion, feedback, and related costs, and prepare structured data.
  • Support online, hybrid, and onsite learning events.
  • Use Jira and Confluence for task coordination, documentation, and collaboration, and be ready to learn other tools used by the team.
  • Contribute to other Talent Development projects and initiatives when required.
  • Higher education in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Organizational Development, Business, or another relevant field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Talent Development, Learning and Development, HR, program coordination, or a related area.
  • Experience coordinating learning, leadership development, or other people-related programs.
  • Experience creating learning materials, guides or participant communications.
  • Experience facilitating workshops, training sessions or group discussions.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Experience working with external providers, vendors or learning partners.
  • Experience maintaining data, reports, trackers, or dashboards.
  • Ability to manage several tasks, deadlines and stakeholders in parallel.
  • Professional working proficiency in English and Russian, B2 or above, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, professionally and politely with employees, managers and senior stakeholders.
