As a Middle Business Analyst at EveryMatrix, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation within the iGaming industry. Your primary responsibilities will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve processes and systems, ensuring they meet compliance and efficiency standards. You will be instrumental in defining requirements for various iGaming configurations and mapping workflows across integrated platforms.

  • Partner with Configuration, Account Management, Vendor Management, Development, Product, and Operations teams to ensure seamless process and system integration.
  • Define requirements for iGaming configuration solutions: game registration, vendor settings, restrictions, jurisdictions, releases, bonuses, jackpots, free spins, and operator-specific rules.
  • Elicit, document, validate, and refine requirements, translating business needs into implementable solutions.
  • Map end-to-end configuration workflows, system dependencies, and data flows across integrated platforms.
  • Bridge business and technical teams to clarify requirements, dependencies, and expected system behavior.
  • Produce functional specs, user stories, acceptance criteria, BPMN/UML diagrams, and configuration documentation.
  • Shape new product/system functionality: MVP scope, business rules, field behavior, validation logic, and default values.
  • Identify inefficiencies in configuration and operational processes; drive standardization and automation.
  • Support workflow automation initiatives: automated task creation, notifications, and system integrations.
  • Identify and analyze opportunities for AI-driven automation and process improvements based on business and team requirements.
  • Evaluate where and how AI can be effectively applied to existing processes and workflows.
  • Track operational KPIs, backlog, and delivery progress; contribute to reporting and continuous improvement.
  • 2+ years as a Business Analyst, ideally in iGaming or a related field.
  • Strong requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and validation skills.
  • Proficiency in UML/BPMN diagrams, process flows, and wireframes.
  • Solid grasp of business process and system requirement methodologies.
  • Experience with complex business rules, configurations, and cross-functional integrations.
  • Good understanding of AI technologies and their practical application in business processes and workflow automation.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools and the ability to identify and evaluate opportunities for AI-driven process improvement and automation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Comfortable working independently and within a team.
  • Start with 22 days of annual leave, with 2 additional days added each year, up to 32 days by your fifth year with us.
