- Support the social media activation of key bwin sponsorships focusing on BVB, NFL, The Icon League, and other partnerships.
- Create and capture short-form content around match days, fan events, sponsorship activations, and always-on campaigns.
- Produce platform-specific content for Instagram, TikTok, Reels, and other social media formats.
- Conduct fan interviews and create behind-the-scenes content, reactive formats, and creator-driven storytelling.
- Identify and implement exciting content opportunities in dynamic live environments.
- Assist in real-time content production and live event reporting.
- Edit and prepare high-quality social media content under tight deadlines.
- Collaborate closely with the social media team to ensure content aligns with brand goals, audience needs, and channel strategies.
Requirements
- Native-level German proficiency in spoken and written form.
- Confident and authentic presence in front of the camera.
- Very good understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Reels, and modern short-form storytelling.
- Passion for sports, especially football, and a deep understanding of fan culture and digital communities.
- Creative mindset combined with a strong sense of trends and social-first communication.
- Proven experience in video editing, ideally in the context of live events or rapidly produced formats.
