In this role, you will oversee the company's payment service provider (PSP) network, ensuring high integration quality and expanding payment solutions into new jurisdictions. You will negotiate terms with existing and new PSPs, focusing on improving transaction conditions and managing risks associated with fraud and compliance.
You will collaborate with various departments, including Finance and Compliance, to enhance the payment infrastructure. Success in this position involves effectively managing the payment team and optimizing metrics like conversion rates and transaction speeds, all while navigating the complexities of different market regulations.

- Support and develop the existing PSP network, control integration quality.
- Expand the company into new markets: connect providers and payment methods in new jurisdictions.
- Negotiate and improve terms with current and new PSPs (commissions, limits, settlement times).
- Monitor and optimize conversion, success rate, transaction speed, and acquiring costs.
- Manage risks: fraud, chargebacks, interaction with compliance and risk.
- Develop the payment department team.
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Compliance, Product, CRM, and Support.
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership position in payments, specifically in iGaming.
- Experience working with multiple jurisdictions and regions (Tier-1, LatAm, Asia, etc.).
- Deep understanding of the payment industry: acquiring, PSP, payment gateways, e-wallets, crypto payments.
- Experience in negotiating and concluding contracts with international payment providers.
- Understanding of fraud monitoring, chargeback processes, and compliance in the high-risk segment.
- Conversational English level (business correspondence and negotiations).
