Responsibilities
- Growth Strategy & Opportunity Identification: Formulate strategic growth plans to drive financial performance and client satisfaction. Research and pursue new market expansions, target clients, and strategic partnerships across iGaming products, platforms, and betting solutions.
- Partner & Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders, new prospects, and existing clients, delivering tailored solutions that meet their business needs.
- Deal Negotiation & Sales Execution: Lead commercial negotiations from initial contact to deal closure, securing high-value contracts to achieve revenue targets.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Maintain continuous alignment with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Tech, Legal) to manage project lifecycles, promotional strategies, milestones, and issue resolution.
- Market Intelligence & Regulatory Compliance: Track industry trends, customer demands, and competitor activities through market research, while ensuring all initiatives comply with local and international gaming regulations.
- Industry Representation & Networking: Represent the company at global expos, conferences, and events to increase brand visibility and generate high-level commercial leads.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Deliver concise reports, forecasts, and strategic presentations to senior management regarding growth performance, metrics, and business development pipelines.
- General Duties: Perform additional tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor in alignment with the job description and labor code.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the iGaming or gambling industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- The ability to conduct detailed market research, analyze competitors, and navigate industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proven experience in developing partnerships, managing key accounts, and delivering excellent negotiation and deal-closing results.
- Practical experience using CRM software, business development tools, and project management applications.
- A highly motivated self-starter who works well independently, solves problems under pressure, and collaborates effectively in a team environment.
- Open and willing to travel frequently for business meetings, conferences, and global industry events.
- Fluent English is essential for this role, and the ability to speak additional languages is a plus.
- A deep understanding of iGaming platforms, casino solutions, and gambling products, along with an established network of contacts in the industry, is a major advantage.
