Develop and scale the API direction: connect our payment solution to third-party services (iGaming platforms, roulette, case-opening sites, tournament platforms).
Seek new B2B partners: conduct cold scouting globally, reach out to decision-makers (site owners, C-level) and close deals.
Maximize trading volume: analyze the current partner portfolio, audit metrics, and identify growth points.
Conduct negotiations and sales: create customized commercial proposals, flexibly discuss gateway fees and RevShare conditions.
Monitor the market: analyze competitor positions, test new business models, and implement best practices.

Relevant experience: at least 1.5 years in BizDev / Lead Generation in Steam Trading, Crypto Processing, High-Risk, Gambling, or GameDev sectors.
Understanding of iGaming/Steam specifics: clear understanding of the economics of case-openings, roulettes, and marketplaces.
Networking: own database of decision-makers (site owners, operators) or strong skills in reaching them through closed communities.
English language: B2 level for fluent negotiations and correspondence with foreign partners.
Technical literacy: understanding of JSON API, Webhooks, Steam WebAPI principles to initially consult the partner's CTO.
Business mindset: ability to work with numbers, calculate deal margins, and forecast economic effects.

Full autonomy: remote format, flexible schedule. We value results (connected volumes) over hours worked.
Strong motivation: transparent bonus system (% of profits from projects you connect) with no ceiling.
Probation period (1-2 months): fixed $1200 + % of profits.
After probation: fixed $1500 + progressive % of profits.
Resources: we provide necessary budgets for tests, software, and custom product modifications for major partners.
