Affiliate Manager (US Market)

About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for expanding Sweepstakes Casino's affiliate network within the US market. You will connect with new partners, negotiate terms, and scale affiliate campaigns to drive traffic and revenue.

Success in this position involves analyzing traffic quality, first-time deposits, and return on investment. You will collaborate with various affiliate platforms and utilize tracking tools to optimize performance, ensuring that KPIs are met.

The listed salary range reflects a net income, with the company covering income tax.

From the employer

• Search for and connect new affiliate partners in the US market.
• Negotiate and agree on CPA / RevShare / Hybrid terms.
• Launch and scale affiliate campaigns.
• Analyze traffic quality, FTD, deposits, and ROI.
• Work with affiliate platforms, tracking links, and postback.

• Have relevant experience in Casino / iGaming / Sweepstakes (currently or within the last 3 months).
• Work with US traffic and understand effective sources.
• Have an active base of affiliate partners.
• Confidently negotiate and meet KPIs.
• Proficient in English at B2+ level.
• Experience in Sweepstakes Casino is a plus.

• Office in Prague or fully remote work.
• Fixed salary of $2,000–2,500 NET plus KPI bonuses.
• Schedule 5/2, 15:00–00:00 Prague time.
• B2B contract, income tax covered by the company.
• Work with our own Sweepstakes product in the US market.
