About the role
In this role, the Senior Affiliate Manager will be responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of affiliate partnerships, from attracting new affiliates to maintaining and developing these relationships. You will work closely with various iGaming operators and internal teams to ensure successful integrations and monitor performance metrics.
The company is building its affiliate ecosystem and collaborates with major operators across different regions. Success in this position involves effectively managing up to five operators simultaneously while focusing on KPIs and traffic quality to drive growth in assigned geographic areas.

- 2-3+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager in the iGaming product/network;
- Experience working with affiliate networks, operators, or iGaming products;
- Strong negotiation and communication skills;
- Ability to independently find and onboard new partners;
- English - strong B2/C1;
- Armenian citizenship.

- Office employment (Yerevan) or hybrid (office visit once every 2 months);
