In this remote role, the Affiliate Manager will focus on attracting and managing affiliate partners within the US market, overseeing the entire process from recruitment to scaling. The position requires a solid understanding of CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models, as well as experience with affiliate platforms and tracking. Success in this role will be measured by your ability to increase volumes and manage key performance indicators effectively.
The salary is $1500, with potential for KPI bonuses based on performance.

Responsibilities
- Search and attract affiliate partners in the US market
- Work with an active partner base
- Manage the full cycle: search → negotiations → onboarding → launch → scaling
- Agree on CPA / RevShare / Hybrid
- Analyze US traffic and player quality
- Control FTD, deposits, turnover, and profitability
- Develop existing partners and increase volumes
- Work with affiliate platforms, tracking links, and postback
- Monitor KPIs and prepare reports
Requirements
- Experience in Affiliate Marketing in Casino / iGaming / Sweepstakes for at least 1 year
- Current experience: working now or completed a project no more than 3 months ago
- Experience with US traffic and understanding of Sweepstakes Casino
- Own active partner base
- Knowledge of effective US traffic sources
- Understanding of CPA / RevShare / Hybrid
- Experience with affiliate platforms and tracking
- Strong negotiation skills
- English B2+, preferably C1
- Independence and results-oriented
