As a Senior Telegram Ads Media Buyer, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing advertising campaigns on Telegram. Your focus will be on traffic acquisition, leveraging your expertise in managing TON and EUR accounts to optimize performance.

You will work within a large international team of over 300 specialists in the iGaming sector, collaborating to build effective traffic acquisition systems. Success in this role involves not only launching campaigns but also analyzing key metrics like FTD, CPA, and ROAS to drive growth.

• Launch, optimize, and scale advertising campaigns through Telegram Ads.
• Work with TON and EUR accounts, understanding their features and limitations.
• Independently build technical infrastructure and advertising funnels.
• Search, parse, and segment audiences through Telemetr.io, TGStat, and similar services.
• Set up Keitaro, Binom, postbacks, UTM tags, attribution, and integrations.
• Develop Telegram bots, landing pages, channels, and automated push funnels.
• Analyze FTD, CPA, ROAS, Retention, and LTV, test hypotheses, and scale effective connections.

• 1-2 years of practical experience in traffic acquisition specifically through Telegram Ads.
• Proven cases with good acquisition volumes, competitive FTD, and high ROAS.
• Confident understanding of TON/EUR accounts.
• Experience with Keitaro, Binom, or similar trackers.
• Technical independence: API, Webhook, bots, integrations, and automation.
• Ability to independently manage the full cycle of acquisition — from audience search to scaling.
