- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job requisition to onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers and develop hiring strategies
- Source and attract candidates through LinkedIn, job platforms, and other channels
- Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and support the offer stage
- Develop employer brand and maintain a strong talent pool
- Analyze recruitment metrics, work with ATS, and improve recruitment processes
- At least 4 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
- At least 2 years of experience in the iGaming sector
- Experience in recruiting technical, corporate, and executive roles
- Strong sourcing, hunting, and passive candidate engagement skills
- Experience with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Fluent in English and Russian
- Fully remote work format
