Conduct research: generate ideas with the team, study competitors, test product hypotheses, and improve design based on data;
Design interfaces: create adaptive web interfaces considering technical constraints and develop thoughtful clickable prototypes;
Develop UI concepts: create visual solutions that set industry trends; pay maximum attention to details (from typography to shapes) and develop the overall design system;
Analyze data: track the effectiveness of decisions post-release together with analysts, identify bottlenecks in funnels, and suggest improvements for the product;
Build communication: actively interact with the team lead, product manager, business analyst, UX writer, and developers; defend your decisions before the team and C-level.

Has at least 3 years of experience as a Product Designer in product companies (portfolio must include recent projects from 2022);
Possesses a high level of visual mastery: impeccable interface design, sense of style, high quality UI standards, and strong cases (work with illustrations, gradients, colors, shadows, and blurs);
Has experience with B2C products (mobile direction / mobile web);
Demonstrates a deep approach to tasks in the portfolio: shows context, research stages, and final metrics;
Practically applies product methodologies: User Story, CJM, JTBD, qualitative and quantitative research;
Actively uses AI tools in daily work to speed up processes and generate concepts.
