Develop and build automated scenarios (Customer Journey) in Email, Push, SMS, In-app channels
Work with the promo plan, promotions, and setup of ready-made bonus mechanics for audience segments
Conduct A/B tests of offers and hypotheses, analyze key metrics (Open Rate, CTR, Churn, LTV)
Collaborate cross-functionally with design, content, and analytics teams (set tasks)
Make basic edits to HTML/CSS email templates as needed

2+ years of experience in iGaming as a CRM / Retention Manager (knowledge of casino and sports specifics)
Fluent English for working with a global product
Understanding of bonus mechanics logic, database segmentation principles, and A/B testing
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS

100% Remote (flexible start time in Cyprus)
