CRM Manager

Responsibilities

• Launch and configure CRM campaigns (email, push, SMS, in-app);
• Segment the database and work with audiences;
• Work with automation;
• Prepare content and set up automated flows;
• Design, adapt, and update CRM flows for various project tasks (using Miro and similar tools);
• Monitor and optimize campaign effectiveness (Open Rate, CTR, Retention, LTV);
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and analysts;
• Initiate and conduct testing.

Requirements

• 1.5 years of experience in CRM/Retention marketing;
• Experience with automation;
• Attention to detail, organization, and a systematic approach to work;
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools (ESP, CDP, Amplitude/GA, analytics);
• Experience in iGaming/Gambling/Betting is a plus.
