Recruiter / Sourcer

Responsibilities

• Close vacancies in the iGaming sector
• Search and attract candidates through various channels
• Build and maintain hiring funnels
• Analyze the candidate market
• Work with internal teams and candidates in English
• Use Boolean Search and X-Ray Search
• Participate in the development of HR processes and HR branding

Requirements

• 2-3 years of recruitment experience for Recruiter
• Mandatory experience in iGaming
• Basic understanding of recruitment and sourcing for Sourcer/Junior Recruiter
• Skills in information search and analysis
• Understanding of Boolean Search and X-Ray Search
• English language — Upper-Intermediate and above
• Communication skills, articulate speech, and a desire to develop
