Conduct the full recruitment cycle: from briefing with the client to supporting the candidate during the offer stage;
Work with external clients: build long-term partnerships and develop cooperation;
Actively search for candidates through LinkedIn, Telegram, HH.ru, and professional communities;
Conduct initial interviews, assess motivation and competencies, and prepare quality analytics on candidates;
Form and develop a candidate pool for different markets and projects;
Deeply immerse in the iGaming / FinTech / High Risk market to understand business requests accurately;
Manage client expectations and advise them on the market, timelines, and search strategies;
Participate in shaping processes and approaches within the agency.

Experience in recruitment in iGaming for 2+ years;
Confident conversational English (from B2);
Diverse recruitment experience (various roles, levels, markets);
Experience in affiliate marketing recruitment (Media buyer, Affiliate manager, BizDev);
Willingness to work quickly, flexibly, and with engagement in processes;
Strong communication skills and the ability to build long-term relationships with candidates and clients;
Proactivity: you do not wait but propose solutions and new approaches;
Experience working in an agency will be a big plus.
