- Control liquidity and reserves;
- Manage exchange directions and limits;
- Monitor the market and competitors, promptly adjust rates;
- Control spread and margin;
- Manage a team of P2P traders;
- Ensure speed and quality of application processing;
- Balance reconciliation, turnover, and financial reporting;
- Identify bottlenecks and improve operational processes.
- We are looking for a sufficiently independent person: it is important not just to perform existing processes but to see the entire economy of the exchanger and understand where efficiency and profitability can be improved.
- Fully remote work;
- Fixed part from $2500 net, final salary level depends on the candidate's experience;
- Additionally, a bonus system linked to the results of the direction is provided;
- The role has a high degree of independence and real influence on how the exchange service will develop.
