SOFTSWISS is looking for a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to lead Total Rewards initiatives in a fully remote, full-time position. Candidates with experience in Total Rewards and HR project management should apply.

About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for leading Total Rewards projects, from development to implementation, which includes creating job architecture and salary bands. You will work closely with HRBPs and team leaders to develop bonus and KPI systems that align with the company's business goals.

Success in this position means effectively optimizing compensation strategies and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. You will also analyze market data using Mercer/Comptryx benchmarks and improve existing processes to enhance the overall compensation framework at SOFTSWISS.

  • Implement reward policies, create guidelines and materials for managers, and train HRBPs and Team Heads.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs, team leaders, and C-level on compensation and reward metrics.
  • Advise on remuneration, benefits, and performance management.
  • Analyze market and data using Mercer/Comptryx benchmarks.
  • Ensure compliance of reward practices with HR strategy and legal requirements, including EU Pay Transparency.
  • Optimize and improve existing processes.
  • At least 4 years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, or HR project management.
  • Experience in developing and implementing Total Rewards projects, including job architecture, grading, salary structures, or KPI systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and HR systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to translate business tasks into practical reward solutions.
  • Professionalism, confidentiality, and a high level of responsibility.
  • Experience in an international fast-growing tech or iGaming company is a plus.
  • Experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar HRIS is a plus.
  • Higher education in HR, business, finance, or a related field is a plus.
