Business Development Executive (Night Shift)

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the iGaming and gambling industry (platforms, casinos, betting solutions, and related products)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, potential customers, and business expansion opportunities
• Negotiate and close business deals to meet sales and revenue targets
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align business strategies and promotional activities
• Attend industry events, expos, and networking conferences to expand the company’s presence and brand recognition worldwide
• Monitor industry regulations and ensure compliance with local and international gaming laws
• Prepare reports and presentations for management on business development progress and strategic plans

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the iGaming or gambling industry
• Strong understanding of iGaming platforms, casino solutions, and gambling products is an advantage
• Ability to conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements
• Experience in developing partnerships and managing key accounts
• Proficiency in CRM tools, business development software, and project management tools
• Knowledge of the Turkish language is required, and knowledge of any additional language is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
