- You have at least two years of experience in iGaming, specifically as an Affiliate TeamLead.
- You possess a strong understanding of affiliate metrics and have a database of partners.
- You are comfortable working in a remote environment and value flexibility in your work schedule.
- You have experience in the Argentina market and a background in crypto-casinos is advantageous.

- Manage and develop the team: set goals, control KPIs, hire and onboard affiliate managers
- Develop existing GEO and enter new markets
- Build the CPA procurement process for the Argentina GEO
- Track key metrics and indicators
- Work with key partners
- Conduct analytics, control traffic quality, and combat fraud
- Interact with other departments
- At least 2 years of experience in iGaming as an Affiliate TeamLead
- Significant experience working with Argentina GEO
- Have an up-to-date partner database
- Know the main affiliate metrics
- English from C1
- Experience with Tier 1 in crypto-casinos is a plus
