Requirements
- 6+ years of backend development experience, including 3+ years in Go
- Understanding of microservices architecture principles
- Experience in developing and supporting gRPC and HTTP APIs
- Experience with PostgreSQL and Redis
- Experience with message brokers, such as RabbitMQ
- Experience in containerizing applications with Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes
- Ability to work in a team, argue technical decisions, and discuss alternatives
- A plus:
- Experience with CI/CD: TeamCity, GitLab CI
- Experience in operating services in production: working with logs, metrics, alerts, and monitoring systems
- Experience in development with other programming languages
- Knowledge of event-driven architecture principles
- Experience managing a small backend team
- Experience in technical leadership: making technical decisions, conducting code reviews, and coordinating other developers' work
