  • Independently manage the full recruitment cycle (from sourcing to offer)
  • Actively search for candidates and build relevant pipelines
  • Conduct initial interviews and assess experience and motivation
  • Communicate with clients and candidates in English and Russian

  • Develop and improve sourcing strategies (including automation)
  • Maintain structured tracking of candidates and processes
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)
  • Fluent Russian and strong English
  • Strong sourcing and pipeline building skills
  • Commercial mindset and ability to 'sell' vacancies
  • Experience in fintech or tech is a big plus
  • Attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to work quickly without losing quality
