Actively search for candidates through LinkedIn, Telegram, social networks, and unconventional channels
Conduct video interviews, assess candidates, and present them to clients
Support candidates throughout the hiring process
Interact with clients and hiring managers
Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously, averaging 7-8 positions
Keep up with trends and changes in HR and recruitment
Participate in the development of the recruitment direction and propose new solutions

At least 2 years of experience as a recruiter
Experience in a recruitment agency is an advantage
English language proficiency at B2 level or higher
