Manage the full recruitment cycle — from search strategy to successful placement
Work on complex Senior / Lead / C-level roles
Source and deeply assess candidates, including their experience, competencies, and motivation
Work directly with international clients: conduct briefs, define candidate profiles, and advise on hiring strategy
Manage and analyze recruitment funnels and improve processes based on data
Test new sourcing tools, channels, and approaches
Maintain candidate pipelines in Huntflow and contribute to our Notion knowledge base

Fully remote — work from anywhere (excluding Russia)
Working hours: 10:00–19:00 GMT+3
