- Identify high-growth potential clients, timely detect activity declines, and propose retention solutions.

- At least 2 years of experience in betting or gambling with a solid understanding of the bookmaker business economy.
- Understand how deposits, turnover, GGR, NetWin, margin, and bonus economics are formed.
- Experience managing a large client base or specific client segments.
- Ability to independently analyze client data, identify patterns, and translate findings into concrete business decisions.
- Experience in building client segments and launching retention mechanics: retention, return, increasing activity, and client value growth.
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with BI tools is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple teams: CRM, analytics, marketing, anti-fraud, product, and personal managers.
- Capable of making independent decisions, justifying them with data, and being accountable for business results.
- Comfortable working in environments without ready-made scenarios, independently identifying problems, and driving initiatives to completion.
