Sales/Hunt Manager

Responsibilities

• Search and attract new partners and agents for Mobcash in the following GEOs: Syria, Egypt, Somalia, Ethiopia, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, and Mongolia;
• Conduct negotiations and build long-term relationships with partners;
• Connect and support mobile cash registers (Mobcash);
• Monitor the quality of payment channels and promptly resolve arising issues;
• Maintain reporting, work with Excel and Google Sheets;
• Analyze partner effectiveness and prepare proposals for improving performance;

Requirements

• Experience in Mobcash or Bank Transfer;
• Experience in sales, account management, or payment services;
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and CRM systems;
• Ability to multitask and respond quickly to changes;
• Responsibility, initiative, and results-oriented.
