Operational Responsibilities

  • Own operational communication with assigned 3rd-party vendors
  • Maintain and update vendor-related documentation, statuses, contacts, and partner registry
  • Manage access requests, test keys, and partner-side operational coordination
  • Support Product team with vendor-related issue resolution and escalation handling
  • Track vendor responsiveness and operational reliability
  • Prepare regular operational status reports for Product stakeholders
  • Ensure partner accountability across active integrations
  • Coordinate partner-side follow-up on operational blockers

Strategic Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain trusted external vendor ecosystem
  • Benchmark and evaluate partner solutions across categories
  • Develop preferred vendor pool
  • Participate in commercial negotiations with external solution vendors
  • Support referral / revshare opportunity development
  • Recommend continuation / replacement / deactivation of partners
  • Contribute to ecosystem monetization maturity
  • Build long-term partner relationships
  • 3+ years of experience (including 2+ years in iGaming) in partnerships, vendor management, account management, business development, or similar roles
  • English B2+ and native Russian
  • Understanding of the iGaming platform ecosystem and operator/platform/vendor relationship models
  • Experience managing B2B partner relationships, operational ownership, and commercial negotiations
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills
  • Experience with vendor relationship management and partner ecosystem development
  • Understanding of platform integration lifecycle and escalation management processes
  • Advanced user of Google Workspace / Microsoft Office; experience with Jira, Confluence, CRM systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools
  • Structured, proactive, and analytical mindset with strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
