What you’ll do

• Analyze key product and financial metrics across projects on a daily basis
• Identify anomalies, risks, and growth opportunities before they impact the business
• Conduct initial root-cause analysis together with analysts and internal teams
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve operational incidents and business issues efficiently
• Monitor task execution, SLA compliance, and timely escalation of critical issues
• Ensure alignment and effective communication between internal departments
• Translate business needs into actionable internal tasks and oversee their execution
• Initiate process improvements and scale successful practices across multiple projects
• Maintain operational documentation, processes, and workflows in Confluence
• Support operational planning and execution across ongoing initiatives

Required Experience

• Experience in iGaming in Operations, Project Management, or Account Management roles
• Strong understanding of product and financial metrics
• Ability to analyze data and identify root causes of deviations
• Experience identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies in operational processes
• Ability to propose and implement operational process improvements
• Experience working with Jira and Confluence
• High level of ownership and proactivity
• Strong communication and coordination skills
