- Manage client budgets alongside an account manager — clients come with their product and budget, trusting us for results
- Plan budgets, set up and optimize campaigns (push/pop/native/display)
- Test creatives, landing pages, and approaches
- Work with metrics: CPA, ROI, CTR, CR, EPC
- Control expenses, seek new sources and approaches
- 3+ years in affiliate/media buying
- Real experience with push/pop/native/display
- Proven profit cases
- Experience with trackers: Voluum, Binom, or RedTrack
- Understanding of funnels, ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Russian language + English from level B1
- Fixed salary + % from campaign volume
- Budgets under management — target $50,000
- Fully remote work, no geo restrictions
- Probation period of 3 months
