• Experience as Head / Team Lead of Affiliates in iGaming for at least 2 years
• Experience managing a team of at least 10 people
• Successful case studies
• CPA / RevShare / Hybrid
• Negotiation skills and team coordination

Business Development Manager

• Experience in the iGaming industry for at least 1 year
• Successful experience in arbitration teams or affiliate programs
• Deep understanding of various traffic sources and geographical market diversity
• Fluent in English

• Experience in iGaming for at least 3 years (Middle +)
• Successful experience in arbitration teams or affiliate programs
• Deep understanding of various traffic sources and geographical market diversity
