The VP of Engineering will partner with the CTO to define and execute the technology strategy, leading an engineering organization of over 300 professionals with 15 direct reports. The successful candidate will oversee the reliability, security, and scalability of the platform, contributing to product roadmap planning and technical risk assessment.

Candidate Profile

• 10+ years of experience in IT, including roles such as Software Engineer and Architect
• At least 5 years of experience in senior technical leadership positions (VP of Engineering, Head of Development, CTO, or equivalent)
• Proven experience working with microservices architectures and high-load systems
• Strong track record of building, scaling, and leading engineering organizations
• Strategic mindset with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with C-level executives and product teams
• Solid understanding of security, performance, and reliability principles in distributed systems
• Hands-on software development background
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
