CFO

About the role

As the CFO, you will manage the company's financial functions, including planning, budgeting, and cash flow management. Your role will involve controlling settlements with merchants, payment service providers, and banks, ensuring robust financial processes and reporting.

You will report directly to the CEO and play a crucial role in scaling the business. A strong background in PSP and international cash flows is essential for success in this position, as you will be responsible for leading the financial team and interacting with various financial partners.

• Experienced in financial leadership roles, ideally as a CFO or similar position.
• Strong understanding of payment processing and financial management.
• Able to communicate effectively in English, with a minimum B2+ level.
• Comfortable working in a remote environment and managing a team.

• Manage the financial function of the company and the team.

• Control cash flows, liquidity, and treasury.

• Develop financial processes and management reporting.
• Interact with the CEO on financial matters and business scaling.

• Experience as CFO, Finance Director, or Head of Finance in PSP.
• Understanding of payment business economics, commissions, and reserves.
• Experience in liquidity management and international cash flows.
• Experience in leading a financial team.
• English language from B2+.

• Schedule: 10:00–19:00 GMT+3.
• Direct reporting to the CEO.
• Compensation level is discussed individually.
