- Fluent in Russian, English at a working level.
- Experience with Crypto, Web3, and Prediction Markets is a plus.
- Fixed salary of $6,000–10,000 per month with payments in cryptocurrency.
- 5–10% equity in the project upon achieving key KPIs.
