Affiliate Manager (Uzbekistan & Azerbaijan)

What You Will Do

• Search, attract, and develop affiliates and webmasters in Uzbekistan and/or Azerbaijan.
• Develop and scale the affiliate network.
• Full support for partners: search, negotiations, onboarding, and further development.
• Work with CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models.
• Analyze key metrics: FTD, deposits, ROI, Retention.
• Optimize and scale the most effective partners and traffic sources.

What Is Required

• Proficient in Uzbek or Azerbaijani.
• Proficient in Russian.
• Experience in affiliate marketing (experience in iGaming is a plus).
• Experience working with affiliates and webmasters.
• Understanding of CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models.
• Analytical mindset and ability to work with KPIs.
• English at a working level.
