Affiliate Manager

Responsibilities

• Search and attract new partners;
• Work with existing partners;
• Analyze and scale partner advertising campaigns;
• Search and test new traffic sources;
• Control partner payment formation;
• Build/improve processes in the department;
• Present the affiliate program at conferences.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in iGaming, mainly with CIS markets;
• Experience with affiliate programs on the product side or affiliate network;
• Knowledge of CPA / RevShare / Hybrid / Spend models;
• Understanding of arbitration principles, CPA market, and main traffic sources;
• Ability to analyze traffic quality and effectiveness, work with key indicators and numbers;
• Experience in managing and developing a partner base, negotiation skills, and handling objections;
• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets;
• English language from B1.
